Present: AC, AF, GP, LP, RW + Jenny Maskell (Neighbourhood Watch) and Pete Jonas (Peasemore Committee) + members of the public
1. Apologies for absence

3. Open public forum (members of the public may raise any item for discussion)
(a) Traffic / Speed raised and discussed
Action: (i) anyone who lives near an existing sign should cut away foliage and give it a wipe;
(ii) Tim Cotton, Tim Weston, Tim Bean will form a small team to review the options (incl. signage, SIDS etc) and report back to the Parish Council (ideally within a month).
(b) Pond clearance raised and discussed
Action: AC to contact John Duffield and Andrew Smith
(c) Pond wall re-pointing
Action: AC to contact WBC
(d) Swing and children’s play area raised and discussed
The existing area has recently been safety approved (App.4)
Pete Jonas will obtain a quote for a brand new, re-located play area
(e) Deborah Brady reports that the flowers around the village have received positive feedback
Location of salt bin by the church discussed
(f) Windows in the village hall discussed
GP identified and hired someone to clean them inside and out
Since done – cost £50
(g) Pete Jonas raises hornbeams which need cutting back
Action: AF to seek to identify who owns the land upon which they grow; owner to be contacted
(h) LP raises sponsorship of the playground by The Fox
Action: AC to raise with The Fox
