Fourth Special Concert by Young Oxford Musicians

Following their delightful Concerts in St Barnabas’, Peasemore in 2011, 2013 and 2014, Sophie Biddell and friends have a further musical treat to offer us there at 7.45 pm on Saturday 18 February. Sophie, who is Director of Music at Christ Church Cathedral School in Oxford, is preparing another attractive evening of light classical music, to be performed by young professional musicians from Oxford. The concert is in aid of St Barnabas’ Church.

Just a reminder to light your lanterns and place them outside your house, lining either side of the road (approx 1-2 metres apart) @ 4:15pm ready for the santa parade.

The parade will depart from The Fox at 4:45pm (If its windy please put a few stones/gravel in the bottom of your bags)!  Remember to clear your lantern rubbish at the end of the evening.

Everyone is invited to walk the parade route with Santa and his Sleigh or alternatively join Santa en-route.  The parade will arrive at St Barnabas’ church for 5:45pm in time for the family carol service at 6pm

Don’t forget Andrew and Davina have kindly invited anyone connected to the parade/service to refreshments after the service at Peasemore Manor.
